We want your Veldic supplements to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail service disruptions or extreme weather.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the Royal Mail website or the carrier's tracking page.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@veldic.com.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the issue persists:
- UK orders: Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before reporting a missing parcel.
- International orders: Please allow up to 25 working days from dispatch.
Once reported, we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@veldic.com and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
