Cancellation policy
At Veldic, we want every purchase to be clear, straightforward, and worry-free. This policy explains how orders are placed, paid for, processed, and — where needed — cancelled or refunded. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Purchase Options
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as common digital wallets and Buy Now, Pay Later options offered at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Pricing & Currency
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
- From time to time we may run promotional pricing, discount codes, or limited-time offers. Unless clearly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, items purchased, and total amount paid. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@veldic.com.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Pricing or product listing errors
- Stock unavailability after order placement
- Breach of our Terms of Service
- Orders flagged by our payment or fraud screening systems
If we cancel an order, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation Window
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our fulfilment process. This includes changes to:
- Product selection or quantity
- Delivery address
- Contact details
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you no longer want the item, you may return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives — provided it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Email support@veldic.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- The change or cancellation you'd like to make
Our team responds within 1 business day. We will do our best to action your request before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK)
In addition to the above, UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning the day after you receive your order. This right is subject to the product being unopened and returned in its original condition. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
3. Processing & Fulfilment
Processing Timeframe
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During peak periods, sales, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is any delay.
When an Order Becomes Final
An order is considered final and no longer modifiable once any of the following occur:
- The cancellation window has passed
- The order has entered our warehouse fulfilment process
- A dispatch confirmation email has been issued
After this point, any resolution is handled through our Refund Policy or Returns Process.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued when:
- You cancel an order within the cancellation window
- We cancel an order on our side (stock, pricing, fraud, etc.)
- A return is approved under our Refund Policy
Refund Method & Timeframe
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 working days from our side.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.
We will always confirm by email when your refund has been processed.
